溶解度:
DMSO: 45.0 mg/mL (132.8 mM), Sonication is recommended.
H2O: 45.0 mg/mL (132.8 mM);, Sonication is recommended.

靶点活性:     Recombinant Fluc protein:2.06 μM
体外活性:     In both LLC/luc and MDA-MB-231/Luc cells exposed to AkaLumine hydrochloride, the signal achieves its peak intensity at lower concentrations (starting from 2.5 μM). Conversely, the bioluminescence produced by D-luciferin and CycLuc1 exhibits a continuous rise with increasing concentrations, without reaching an apparent saturation point, even at the highest concentration of 250 μM.[1]
体内活性 :    AkaLumine hydrochloride-treated mice 15 min after intravenous injection of LLC/luc cells at the dose of 5 mM, exhibit a 3.3-fold increase in detection sensitivity of disseminated cancer cells in the lung compared with the experimental control group. In the inverse order at an 8 h interval. AkaLumine hydrochloride displays about a fourfold increase in signals from lung metastasis compared with the experimental control group.[1]
